These Terms of Use govern your use of the website parcelradar.app and the ParcelRadar mobile apps (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
ParcelRadar lets you check the delivery status of parcels by entering a tracking number. The Service is operated by TECHNOLOGIJU ERA, UAB, Lithuania. Tracking on the website is free and does not require an account.
Parcel statuses, dates and locations come from carriers and tracking data providers. We show this information as received and cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Delivery estimates are indicative only. For claims about a shipment, contact the carrier or the sender directly.
You agree not to:
We may limit or block access if these terms are breached.
Some features, such as push notifications, are available only in the ParcelRadar apps. If you sign in, you are responsible for activity under your account. You can stop using the apps and remove your data at any time.
The ParcelRadar name, logo and the design of the Service belong to us. Carrier names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the carriers.
The Service may contain links to, or advertising from, third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We aim to keep the Service available, but we provide it “as is” and may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by inaccurate carrier data, delayed deliveries or interruptions of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to consumers’ rights under mandatory law of their country of residence.
